As the President of the National Committee of Indigenous Women of Panama, Sonia has a lot of life experience as a leader. In this enlightening session, she shares about the history of women in leadership in her Guna community. She clearly articulates that women come to leadership with a unified perspective that includes all the aspects of life and politics, and that underlying it all is the importance of ensuring a good future for coming generations.
